First of a series of 11 videos of a 2007 narrated day hike through Kilauea Iki crater on the Big Island of Hawaii. This crater was half filled during a 1959 eruption, it used to be 400 feet deeper than it is now. It is adjacent to the main Kilauea Caldera, with a low ridge separating them.
