In July 2008 several buildings in the south east of China were added to the UNESCO World Heritage list. This documentary explores what makes these buildings special, and the lives of the people who live in them.

    Interesting documentary.
    Did I hear correctly ? Are these houses only 200 years old ? btw The RAIN FALLING was a great cinematic touch !

    I have to admit that the slow flute music at the beginning made me worry that the video would be hyper-sentimental BUT you kept it very real !!
    It depicts a 21st Century China, the interviews were great!
