One time Amy and I went bowling with Tricia and some folks in Kentucky. This place was a hot spot for teens and homeboys and 50-year-old women with stick-on glitter tattoos on their left breasts. The kinds of music they played made no sense; it would go from Justin Timberlake to praise and worship songs to rap and stop for a while... then on to an oldies song (coincidentally, after Amy and I had just had a really good run and were ready for more hype.) It was run by these old men who we decided were very bitter about all the young things wanting to bowl and listen to loud music with disco and black lights. That's why it cost everyone $12. Outrageous, but we had a great time working it out and making people uncomfortable. This was when Amy and I realized how wonderful these Enya-esque songs are to dance to.
