    That was amazing. I've used that word too many times. It is a descriptor with not much integrity. Ok what is a better word to describe this clip? Huge! Still not a good word. But in any case, I enjoyed this video. I've never seen so much rice being cooked this way in such big pots. The most I've seen was when our family gets together and they bring out the huge, I don't know, 20 cup rice cooker? I thought that was huge.

    Size aside. How does the rice in your clip get distributed? I'd love to see that process. Where does it go? Who eats it? Is this done everyday, more than once a day?

    This so impressive, yes, certainly the vast amounts of food but the elemental basics of cooking for such numbers by cooks clad in just shorts around such hot fluids with such ease.
    I hope there are other clips from this trip.
