It depends. Anywhere between one day (20 hours or so) to two weeks (but I only work on it a couple hours a day). This one took slightly longer than all the others because a lot of work went into it. I was fortunate enough to have my best friend Joe help me with things like making the Mobile, and standing in. It took a couple hours to just make the diorama, and I used that for only a couple of seconds..haha.

I try not to take too long to make these little videos on vimeo because I get bored easily and my buffer for attention with each thing I make lasts around 4 hours or so and then I become bored and it becomes tedious. I have video ADD. I have to keep coming up with different things so I'm not bored. But I also have to juggle these things around doing more important work.

Videos that I make seriously for class or films take months of planning and weeks of prep.

Oh man I'm excited about video coming to L4F. I haven't been on there lately since I've been busy, but also because I maxed out on my upload limit for photos hahaha. Since I got Flickr pro from a wonderful friend, I have been dumping my photos there. haha.

Mmm I love shooting grass so much, that's my favourite. I wish I could've taken a nap on the gras. Zzzzzzzz.

For the park stuff, I had my best friend stand in to where I was going to be and I framed and focused the shot, so that he could just hit record when I was ready to go. The Skateboarding stuff I just put the camera on the ground and used the skate as a focus of reference.
