    The machine is designed to burn rubber and yes eventually blow the tire.

    I too don't get the point. What was the bleach for? And is this for some special effect?

    There really is no direct point...the intention for this work is to investigate the activity or excitement connected with burning rubber. Briefly, I building projects that introduce these types of subversive activities as possibly having a social function.

    The use of bleach enhances the production of bellowy tire smoke. Try it out!
