    Another great short. This and your Fast Love film remind me of Dave Greenberger's "Duplex Planet." Greenberger spent 20 years working in a nursing home and asking the elderly odd and interesting questions like, "What did George Washington's voice sound like?" He started a zine and a comic based on the responses. Here's the book on Amazon. You can get it for a buck or so:

    these are awesome, Josh. so fascinating. people saying the same stuff, people saying opposite stuff, etc. etc.

    and you did an awesome job editing it.

    this could definitely be a huge project...we could gather tons of clips and make a compilation, "The World Wants to Tell You Something."

    Agreed! I also love how after every person's answer, you feel like you know their life story, or what's really important to that specific human being.. whether the answer is simple, or real complex.

    Actually these people were all animatronic. I built them in my basement out of soda cans, old vcrs and humans. You can find a few of them working shifts at Chuckie Cheese. Oh, and I'm glad you liked it, heh.

    Yeah, I think this sort of vibe will continue for the next two for April and May. Although they are not really survey type shorts. Actually I take that back, people might hate them. April's though I think will be my favorite short I've ever made but I'm not for sure if people will find it too negative. Um insert more rambling.
