Ha. Forgot I had watched this before. I've just ordered a new machine that has a heat exchanger and big boiler so I can finally start producing decent coffee. I have to say that I just love this video and it is good to see someone on here that knows how to make a good video and even more importantly makes a good coffee.
P.S. tell your dad and your sister that the music was awesome. For me that Viola was just mesmerizing. I will certainly be watching this again sometime soon.

Good to hear about your new machine purchase. Remember though, that good fresh beans, a decent grinder, and your technique are more important than the machine.
