A protest turns ugly after a bike patrol rides through the center of the park arresting two people then the group marches to the Excel Center without a permit where the RNC is taking place. An action filled night with hundreds of arrests, tear gas, flash bangs, pepper spray, and possibly non-lethal rounds on and near the Capital of Minnesota.
