Good job, bug. I especially dig the selective colouring in the middle of the black and white segments.

Thanks, yo. She had a crazy blue shirt on that just needed some video attention.

Was this from when you were still back in Japan then?

I like the selective colouring too. I really miss being in a band - not just for the gigs, but the band practices too. They're always fun. Good stuff.

Yes, this is indeed back from the Japan days. You were in a band? What kind of music? Got any vids/songs for the vimeo populous to gander at?

I've never been in a band, but sitting in on practices is always a good time.

My second ever video! Not very good quality, but hopefully you get the idea:

  • Wow buck! That's so cool! What genre did you guys play mostly?

A whole range of stuff. We started out doing covers, so that we could get used to eachother's playing style - then we started writing our own stuff. We didn't do a lot of gigs, because we had loads of work (it was in the 2nd and 3rd year of Uni that we were in a band), but it was fun while it lasted. I really miss it now.

I've been using this clip as a background as I scan pages for the moby dick animation. I found my head bobbing like an idiot. Pretty good groove. My compliments to the chefs.

Seems that the bug has turned musical again (cricket?) ... Your awesome music videos are what I first saw of your work. It makes me wax nostalgic.

Hey Alex, you mean you are using it as a background video to underlay your animation? Or you are using it as music to listen to as you work? I'll pass you compliments on to the group!

Those music videos are indeed very very nostalgic. I should check them out again, too.

When can we look forward to the moby dick anime?
