There are several thoughts I have, but they can be summed up in one word: professional. As I watched, I noticed several things; lighting, sound, and composition that really were substandard for conveying a professional association. Maybe check out the HV30 channel here on Vimeo and get an idea for what the camera can do for you as far as the 'feel' of the video goes... then work on the lighting, sound and composition. Plus, you really need to think beyond the cliche shots of someone reading a Business Week magazine or Wall Street Journal and instead, visually convey the atmosphere, kinship and excellence your organization offers in a way that's fresh, innovative and professional.
