I'm british not european.... .. Britain is weird would be the correct thing to say..... Blue Tac is all the range here... we use to for sticking.. and... .. animating.. and... occasionally as a dancing aid...

so if you really get down to it the clip is a metaphor. the little soldiers represent men as a sex and the blue tac as giant female genitalia asserting their dominance over man. haha. too much of a stretch?
