By representing an ocean wave crashing sequence, (originally of 14 seconds length, now at almost 14 minutes, w. audio), this work allows the viewer a discreet, almost scientific approach to watching motion manifestations of the elementry forces involved.
In a way alike to a traditional sea piece painting, moving at an extremely slow speed, it lets the viewer experience
a kind of fluid, landscape perception. The material quality of H2O has seemed to changed into an unknown new state.

stay clearly behind the original work definition.
the difference between HDV (on Vimeo for example)
and 1080p HD is to me too close to be a concurrence
to extended possible work installation set ups.
(it interferes with curiosity for the 'real thing'...;- )
