A video of composite scenes all shot in Portland, Oregon. Each scene is made up of 4-9 smaller videos juxtapozed to approximate contiguousness.

    Yes, each rectangle is a separate camera shot. The movement of the camera is mainly just tilt and rotation. It's essentially the same technique used for panoramic photos.

    Music video? What do you call this, then? Heh. I'm sure I've seen this technique (to some degree) used in music videos already. I believe The Pixies have a video using fragmented video, and some of the videos Michel Gondry has directed use an ultra-advanced layering/composite method. The Presidents of the United States have a video shot entirely on mobile phones set up in an array. Wish I had the links to give you, but I'm sure you can get some of those via a websearch.
