Blackbox, formerly known as PEF is an application designed and developed by design studio De Monsters from the Netherlands, for designers that gives them the possibility to document their work with minimal interruptions in their workflow.

This documentation can be accompanied with detailed context and shared with other members in a design team to bring the overall quality of the design to a higher level.

By using Blackbox you will never lose visual knowledge. Besides that Blackbox can be used to close the gap between managers, the designers and the developers as all members of a project team can check out a design at a very early stage and give their feedback early on, instead of waiting until a final result gets thrown over the fence.
