What's going on everybody!
Just got my new baby, Sanyo Xacti HD1010 last Friday. I'm so happy and excited! Now I just realize how super cool this little gadget is. I have been experimenting and learning how to operate the camcoder. To be honest, it isn't hard at all.
For the very first time, I decided to give it a go by switching to super macro mode and do some footage. It is definitely not the best super macro you have ever seen but to me, it's worth it and it's cool! Oh by the way, surprisingly WMM (Windows Movie Maker) on Vista supports .MP4 file format. It's just that the video cannot be played on the preview while editing. Well, it plays the music (if you insert the music) but the screen goes black. I wonder why.
Original footage was filmed on full HD 1920 x 1080 @ 60 fps. Edited with Windows Movie Maker on Vista. It has been scaled down to 1440 x 1080 @ 30 fps if not mistaken.

1 year ago Hello Faris filming on 1280x720 at 30 or 60 is better and might give you a picture on WMM.? AFter that just throw it on Vimeo!
