    THANK YOU!!!

One Major problem. I press "Ctrl + I" as you say but it only change my selected bones to the others. Pressing it again repeats the action. No constraints are added.

I have NO CLUE how to use constraints, I'm using Blender 2.49, and I have a Spider Model to Rig. So I BADLY need help with this.

The right command to add IK constraints are Shift+I.

Besides the faulty hotkey this is one awesome tutorial. Thanks for making it, TP!

you're probably in edit mode instead of pose mode. ctrl_i stand for inverse selection. Use tab to go to pose mode, or when that brings you to object mode, use either the menu on the header, or the ctrl+tab shortcut to switch to pose mode.
Pose mode is where you add constraints etc, and not exactly unimportant, pose the rig.
