    That girl's bike also does not fit her. Pisses me off that you see all these dudes with their hot bikes and tricks but you still can't see a girl on properly fitted bike.

    It looks like the main guy in the vid also has a pretty poor fit. It looks like he's riding something fitted for someone a foot shorter than he is. Maybe it's intentional though.

    homeboy, her bike fits. she rides 8 hours a day. she knows what fits. me on the other hand, that gt was small. ive got my custom squarebuilt now though =)

    you'd know after two days if your bike doesn't fit when your knee muscles start to turn colors. I'm 5'11 and I can ride a 53 with no knee problems if I have the saddle fitted in a nice place.

    and track bikes are always meant to be 2 to 3 cms below your normal road bike fitting,

    ya im not a messanger but i know for a fact thats not what your job is like haha. I see all you guys it's not all fun and games. oh and everyone is under the wrong impression that every bike messangers rides fixed gear
