2. Multiple Technical Difficulties
Computers... moviemaking... finding the right button... after years of study and practice in arts known to be unimaginable for a person, an aspirant who shows no signs of competence much less mastery, there may come a time that such a person can, with a sudden flash of devine inspiration, make one sudden and great leap forward. This is not one of those times.

That I am anyone's spiritual adviser is a frightening prospect -- unless of course you intend to tithe. In that case, Welcome Aboard, Grasshopper! Remember: Your body isn't so much a Temple as it is a Reasonably Well-Managed Presbyterian Youth Center.

I noticed your original footage is a quicktime file, so can I assume you are using a MacBook and iMovie to make these films? If so, I can give you some help/instruction.

I bought a MacBook Pro last year for the express purpose of video blogging and learning the fundamentals of filmmaking/editing. iMovie is a pretty intuitive and robust little movie app and i think i've gotten pretty good at using it -- at least good enough to help out a fellow beginner.

I'll send you a message with my phone number. Call whenever you need tech support.

Thanks. And I got your message too. Given my fimmaking MRP (Mean Rate of Production), I'll be due for another video in a mere 26 years, but if Jenny has anything to say about it, that could be moved up a decade or three. If your stuff represents "beginner" status, then maybe there is hope for me too. I'll keep your number handy. I really do appreciate your offer.

Oh yeah, and all praise to Fuzzy although I gave up tithing with teething.

Um...I'm only 25 seconds into this, and I already can't stop laughing. Good God, man, stop being so hilarious. And you're not even doing anything. Sadly, you and I have reached that point where I now laugh at your old-age cuteness...does that mean I'm an adult?

Wow...um...you're a dork. I guess that's where I get it from, huh? I promise I will take you through a step-by-step tutorial when I get home.

You FORGOT Mom? Oh boy...it begins...

    P.S. Josh is crazy.

To respond from last to first... 1. Josh: confirmatory. 2. Mom: slippage is the greater part of passion. 3. Tutorial: why would I need that? 4. Dork: rhymes with pork. And 5. (continuing the previous theme): adulthood: Bingo! and to think it happened without a Bat Mitzvah... and last but certainly not least... 6. The hilarity and cuteness of the elderly demented: better late than never.

Thank you, I think. No, I'm sure. Thanks. But is it the lack of any meaningful content or the great cinematography that grabbed you?
