Stephansplatz, end of September.

My first short shot on HVX201 and Letus Ultimate. I used a Tamron 28-75 mm XR DI Zoom and a Sigma 70-200 mm APO.

The nice song is from Jane Birkin, unfortunately it doesn't fit to the images completely.

it looks good, just a little soft.

You're right. It's because I have some problems exporting the colours and contrast on the one hand, on the other I focus myself and sometimes it's hard to see if it's really in focus.

For the most part it still looks amazing.

Sehr schön! Tolles Endbild ... mit der Überwachungskamera!

Sag mal ... verwendest du 1/50 Shutter?

    1/25 Sek. Danke Michael

Warum verwendest du 1/25 und keine 1/48?

Schmiert dir das nicht ein bisschen zu heftig?
  • Bewegtbildarbeiter 1 month ago
    Hi Michael,
hab mich etwas kurz gefasst beim letzten Mal.

    Christian

Some nice pictures here! Particularly liked the people's faces and the upside down picture of that spinning dancer. The music fits good with the color grading that you applied and maybe even with that overwhelming church on the background. Using a steadicam?
But whatever nice the music is, I don't see it fit for a number of scenes. For instance IMHO the dancing at 0:55 totally mismatches with this music.
So my question, did you feel this music fits the mood for all these shots?
  • Bewegtbildarbeiter 1 month ago
    Hi Mr. Pasman again :o)
    Thanks for the compliment first.
No there´s a problem between the mood of the image and the music sometimes. For example the dancers don´t fit to the music. Thing is I didn´t find a better one, that also fits completely together. Any suggestions?

All scenes are shot handheld because I wanted flexibility as much as goes and I like the movements of the camera which don´t shake so much in 50fps. On my back there was a backpack with a lens to change and batteries.

I would have somehow switched the music where necessary, and also included the real sounds. Maybe at just a few places. Just my taste, and a lot depends on what you want to convey and how the real sounds are.
