Mark Francombe 10 months agoAgain.. a question... I cant see how the A-152 160/161 is doing the sequence.. I get that the 160/162 is involved in changing the key those 4 times, but the 152...? Dont have one so I dont know what it does quite, tho I understand SH in principle -
dougcl 10 months agoHi Mark, the digital output section of the 152 acts exactly like the 161: it has 8 outputs that each go high one after the other as the clock input changes. That's all that's happening. The 152 is a great module! -
Mark Francombe 10 months agoIts seems cool, and I get most of what you say... but I still dont know where you are getting the varying CV from that actually makes your "notes"!!!! -
dougcl 10 months agoSend four of the digital outputs to an A-138 mixer. The output of the A-138 is then used as the pitch cv. Each mixer input knob can be adjusted to change the note for that step. -
Mark Francombe 10 months agoAha.. got it... clever... thanks! Off to my (much smaller) modular for some experiments!!
