it's interesting, even though it's random. it's like, my brain makes connections between the clips that weren't intended by anyone. this is a cool project.

i keep trying to make connections with everyone else's too. its a natural reaction that lends itself to the randomness of this project. plus its great to do something with the random video you never use.

Im gonna get involved, sound interesting...
I gotta be completely honest with you ive always known a vignette as the soft edges around the lens, from a lens hood,filters.

Vignette (literature), short, impressionistic scenes that focus on one moment or give a particular insight into a character, idea, or setting

this was cool!
i agree that using unrelated clips is better, for me it kind of adds to the feeling that you're being shown a bit of everyone's world through their vignettes.

and i'm sure there's a good explanation for why you were filming those women working out from across the street.
