1. Nonrigid Structure from Motion
Nonrigid structure from motion is the process of recovering the time varying 3D coordinates of a set of points from their 2D locations in an image sequence. In this work we model the evolving 3D structure as a linear combination of basis trajectories. Moreover instead of estimating these trajectories basis, we exploit the natural smoothness in the trajectories and use Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) basis to serve as trajectory basis. We tested our apporach on severel synthetic and real datasets. This video is a compliation of our results.
