I have been making sushi at home for about 8 years now. I am always looking for side dishes. I am also a lover of Korean food and have always wanted a teacher. Thank You so much Maangchi ! I am so glad I found you!! My wife and I are making kimchee for the first time this weekend :)

Great recipe for egg plants, I always have trouble thinking what to cook for egg plants since they are my partner's favourite vegetable. Like tofu, egg plant do not have much taste by itself so seasoning is the key, thanks for the tips.
