Yes. Because I was also generating an image that was 90 inches wide at 300 dpi it ran at about only 4-5 frames per second. So then I sped it up and cut it to the audio afterwards.

so are you using a tablet for these? i thought there was some kind audio analysis involved..

No audio analysis in these ones (I have in some works of the past). I use the mouse probably more often than the tablet, but I do a mixture of both. Mouse I am most familiar with, but I really prefer to use the tablet when I get the chance. It's just such a clumsy device and I often get a little impatient with it. I do prefer the gestural outputs from it, so that is why I try to include it in my process.
