I'd just put this up a day or so before seeing your clip so it was fresh in my mind.

It was actually shot in Hyde Park in London at a Japanese matsuri. Hadn't seen it for a few years and came across it as I was trawling old tapes for this project. The fence and the orange costume immediately made my brain say "Guantanamo".
