1. Spur des Verderbens
A short film that was done in 48 hours at the filmArche Berlin Filmschool in November 2008.

The film is an homage to the B-Movies/Zombies genre.

Because everything, from the idea to planning/casting, shooting, editing, vfx and sound editing was done within 48 hours, it's a bit rough at some points.

The film was shot with a Panasonic LX3 camera in HD Movie mode at night with only available light in the streets of Berlin, Germany. The sound is also mostly from the LX3 camera.

Yeah it's one of the problems with this camera when it's used for video. I haven't seen this effect yet in still mode, I have to check if it happens there too (I'd think so). If the effect were rotated by 90 degrees it might almost go through as an anomorph lens style lensflare :)
