This is one of over 80 different missions Improv Everywhere has executed over the past six years in New York City. Others include Frozen Grand Central, the Best Buy uniform prank, and the famous U2 Rooftop Hoax, to name a few. Isn't already having a sweet Lincoln Town Car waiting for you welcome enough?

I'd like to see a welcome back for the family with young kids who just got off a 10+ hour flight and now have to get on the A train to get home.
Give them balloons and then a free limo ride home!

I see the practical need for the Towncar people, but love the idea of getting someone with a bunch of kids - I think their reactions would be priceless.

Yeah, we thought of that, but yeah, no way to get a random person's name without the limo driver trick...

I agree, it would be better if you were welcoming back people not already slipping into a nice cushy ride in a gas guzzler home, but how else would you get their names? Fun times either way.

That's great. I'm sure their day got even better after that.
    Your ideas keep getting better.

Absolut Vodka put out an ad for Absolut vodka and it showed a map of Mexico being one country with America. I don't want to see anything that Absolut puts out. And I poured my Absolut Vodka down the drain.
