Seniors had to take a mandatory course on Self-Defense for a Life Skills Program at our school, to "prep" us for uni/college life. These tae kwon do masters showed us some tricks, while we had to practice with our partners.

    That is awesome. It would be so great for someone to share lessions like this as an online program (perhaps with a grant to a nonprofit providing services of this type would be able to do it).
