On the lucky day of 7/7/07 we decided to go camping and rafting for gwennie's birthday. It was about 107 degrees by mid day but the river was so refreshing that we barely noticed. We loved every minute of it! The best was just jumping off our raft and swimming on the lazy part of the river in between rapids.

cecile marie 1 year agoyes. our guide yelled "FORWARD 1!" meaning to row forward once... randy fell in forward above a rapid... he sat in front of me and i was like... OH MY GOSH. i was in shock. oh yay he's standing on a rock! whew! lol

cecile marie 1 year agoi didn't get to jump. but now i wish i did with the life vests. as long as you tuck in... like hold the top part with your hands, elbows bent and in. i was tired already, but i totally forgot well you're wearing a life vest. they told us the water at that spot was probably 40 feet deep.
