Also, just read the blurb you wrote about it on the site, and you add the pasta water to thin out the sauce. It's starchy from the noodles, and should be salty (always liberally salt the water before you boil the noodles, as it's the only chance you have to actually flavor the noodles themselves), and therefore tastes better than adding regular water.
you should get The Best Cookbook; it is cool because they talk about all the different ways they tried to make the dish before they found the way that was the best. It is from the magazine cook's illustrated.
