A tripod or setting the camera on something might have helped to get the actual manner in which you brush. Yet its really interesting to see someone manage to do it with one hand.

Funny how the public hygiene project is all about sharing the moments you usually have all to yourself.

Indeed, a tripod could have come in handy... Nick lent me his mini one but I didn't have it when I did this.

I would've done a shower video but my camera isn't all supercool and waterproof and shock resistant like Posalootly's... then I too would've been able to brush while in there! Ah.. well, plastic bag works too, but I've never tried that...

Haha! Oh yes, it's doctor recommended that scrubbing be 2-3 minutes minimum or more!
