This is me tasting Vosges's Mo's Bacon Bar, a chocolate bar with bacon in it, for the first time.

PS. I didn't mean to say light-hearted, I meant to say "faint hearted"

Where you reviewing the chocolate like you do the Cnet Reviews? :P

    I thought you were going to say I didn't give it a 5 because it doesn't have 3G :P

I wasn't even planning on reviewing it until the end really.

My friend tells me that the bacon can last awhile because of nitrates. Good to know!

wow this is definetly something that you would market for someone who has strange cravings. Dare i say pregnant women? Just someting from my own personally recollection when i was with child.

I wonder if this is going to be on the food network?

Perhaps iron chef for as the secret ingredient!

I would like to see Alton Brown comment on this jewel.

and as a chemist bacon does contain nitrates as a preservative so that the bacon does not go rancid and all the sugar in the chocolate serves as a preservative as well

    bon apetit

I like the bacon chocolate. It was then R's idea to eat it with hot sauce and tortilla chips, and it taste like a Mole.
