Oh I would love to contribute to this! There is only one problem: I would end up in jail and paying fines for years if I would do that in Helsinki, Finland. There is a project called "Stop Töhryille" (= stop clutter) which costs almost million euros early. The idea is to remove graffitis, stencils, posters, stickers - street art in general right away when it appears. Helsinki city has bought services from private security companies to enforce and catch street artists. They are known from their harsh approach. Just a while ago, one guy ended up in in jail just because he was distributing very simple stickers with a text "Love me".
