I absolutely loved these two books. It was word of mouth that I came to learn about them. I was unable to put them down. I really grew to understand Afghanistan so much better, and it really opened my eyes to what these people have been through. The stoytelling was excellent, and I can't wait for more of his books to come out. I won't soon forget any of the characters. Khaled Hosseini should be proud of his accomplishment of bringing these people's stuggles into our homes.
