Indoor hoop practice, 1/8/2009. There is a very expensive tv just to the right of the frame so I couldn't go completely crazy and tended to focus more on flow. This also marks my first published video in the 3 1/2 months I've been hooping.
As you will be able to tell, I like this song & it makes me bouncy!
