We went to the State Fair on Friday. There was lots for us to see. I can't believe that I didn't get a shot of us eating any of our fried food on a stick. We passed up the fried cheese curds, but got our pronto pup (corn dog), lingonberry ice cream, and fried fruit on a stick.

1. Storyhill sings on The Morning Show of Minnesota Public Radio's The Current
2. Humongous horse. Note that you can't see the people on the otherside of it
3. Crazy chicken with Don King hair
4. These sheep were being judged while we were there. They are in order of 1st to 5th, with 1st being the closest to us
5. Spent some time in the crafts building

    I love state fairs. We were on holiday during the county fair this year :(

    That's a bummer. We spent only about 5 hours at the fair. We didn't go on any of the rides... Maybe next year.
