SOAP is a simply aproach to change materials in realtime of prerendered images, like Fryrender's Swap but more limited.

All the calculations are made in the GPU using a DirectX9 Shader that needs Pixel Shader 3.0.

This video is taken from the first alpha of the app, and the renders were done with vray, soon we hope had exporter for mentalray too.

This app will be released as freeware and later as opensource under creative commons license.
