i really loved the technigques you use for the nasty film look. but the sound of the beep takes me out of the film.

on the other hand the sound design is amazing.
it's funny how much sound plays a role in these pieces. I now know how to work a camera but sound is where the real magic happens.

i just picked up an hv20 and i am shooting a music video next week and i am going to try your 60i to 24p slow motion example. but i think i am going to try using a fan or something dynamic in the background that will truly let you see the slo motion.

Thanks man for the positive comments. I've heard from a couple of people that they think the beep is somewhat annoying. If I had to go back and do this whole movie one more time I would change that slightly.

But I'm going to stand by my work and say that this was more of an experiment to figure out different editing techniques and how I could make different transitions between cuts.
