This video can give you a little better idea of how we did the stop-motion stuff on the Barnes & Noble spot. I made a 2.5D paper airplane in After Effects and animated it along the path that I wanted. I brought this reference video into iStopMotion Pro and used it, frame by frame, to determine the position and orientation of the paper airplane. We shot the plane with a Nikon D80 on a green screen and brought it back into After Effects for compositing.
