SPRY is Seniors Preparing for Rainbow Years, Montrose Counseling Center's program for aging members of Houston's Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender [GLBT] communities.

Growing older may be a difficult and lonely time for GLBT seniors. But you are not invisible, and you shouldn't have to go back into the closet, just because you are getting older and may need help.

SPRY strives to shine a light into the lives of GLBT seniors for them to be able to experience prideful, bold and bright rainbow years.

SPRY provides mental health and support services for GLBT persons who are age 60 and older, including assesment, peer support, peer groups, counseling, case management and psychiatry. There is no out-of-pocket cost to you.
