In the Shuri-Ryu Karate system, there are 8 performance catagories. One of these catagories is the Ippon Kumite Katas. They are worked for power and form. Each movement is distinct. The Taezu Naru Wasas is another catagory in the Shuri-Ryu System. By contrast, the Taezus are worked for speed and fluidity. A sample of Tauzu Naru Waza will be demonstrated later.
