Thanks for the piece on how to use Lightroom. I forget that you can apply the changes you make on one image across an entire sequence. Keep up the good work Nicole.

I didnt know you could scinc them toghether i find that a great technique in lightroom, i used to coppy all the adjustments and paste it on all the other immages it was a really long procces but now it made my life so simple.

So what makes it look like the boats are toys? Is it your lens that gives that effect?
  • Louis 8 months ago
That lense she is using is a lensebabby composer that lets her make only one part in the immage in focus and all the rest blury, they are really shooting in the photo industry! and this gives a great effect.

Cool effect. Since you imported the sequence into QT at 60 frames per second, but exported the video at 30 fps, every other shot from your time lapse was thrown away.

I'm assuming this was not a creative technique, but just an artifact of showing that the video export could use any setting.

Yes, a lot of it is experimentation and I wanted the final result to be faster than if I imported them at 30 FPS.

Also, in the future please try to comment at TWIPPhoto.com, you'll get much faster and detailed comments that way.
