11. HOW TO: RPM (Winter relaunch)

Simple video going over the process of relaunch in winter conditions.
Remember pull one steering line to cup wing tip, which will allow the kite to power up on that side. Depending on which way the wind blowing you can either pull the white or red steering lines.
Since it will relaunch downwind of you make sure you sheet out as the kite is reaching 12:00. This will allow you not to get over powered as the kite surges up from the ground. REMEMBER SHUT OFF IS THERE IF YOU SHEET OUT!
