WATCH VIDEO FIRST (please?)

Best start to a song ever! I was doing my 6:30am run thismorning and my shuffle fired this into my ears which caused me to run super fast and then leap into the air with my arms shooting up in a perfect celebration of my joy! Made me happy (especially knowing that there's no-one about that early to see me doing it lol).

    lol until I started doing it I was the same but the will-power and determination that used to get me out of bed and running is replaced now simply from the higher energy levels I have first thing now as a result of it. You should give it a go Scruff, you'll fell fantastic after the first week (first two days are hellish though lol)

    not even a very very very very very very large amount of coffee and energy drinks could get me up at 630. Hungry rabid mutant dogs would have to be chasing me for me to even think about running. you are a braver man than me to get up that early just to run.....
