Hah! I love this. I have experienced this many times with my former roommates' dogs. While occasionally frustrating, it made working out fun. :]

I LOVED the ways the dogs were playing tug-of-war under your Upward Facing Dog! My dog used to do Downward Observing Dog when we did yoga.

I have a similar problem with my son's attachment disorder dog.
When I meditate, and leave her outside my room, if no one else is home she will bark and cry at my door. If she is in the room with me, she'll try to lick my face or do what ever and distract me. I guess she knows I'm awake and equates my sitting on the floor as being in her territory. It is quite annoying but comical too

I need to video myself and Wii fit. My bully does the exact same thing. Great video - made my day.
