1) Amazing! That is The Collective quality, though you must have some contact with some of those guys since you mentioned Antfilm.

a) premier cs4 export, uncompressed avi (13gigs)
b) then used media coder (open source / free software)
Download at mediacoder.sourceforge.net
c) export settings 7000kbs h264 codec mp4 container x264 audio FACC Low complexity to save space
d) uploaded to vimeo
e) i can send you my saved vimeo preset for mediacoder if you would like.

i noticed the rotec at the end! thats such an awesome video with way cool editing and effects. i did the buells promo this year (i dont know if you know them or not they ride for rotec as well) but apparently ive got alot to learn! that video was amazing! Nice work bud, nice work!
