Some footage from the PADI Open Water course we took with Utila Dive Center. Utila (in the Bay Islands) is the cheapest place in the world to get your SCUBA certification. It's also located on part of the second largest reef in the world. Scuba diving is fun, and the Utila Dive Center is highly recommended.
