    maybe it has something to do with the angle of the light?

    I do too.... was feelin a bit techy..thats why I posed the question .someone will pop up with an eruldite explanation......or a stupid fake one eitherway bring it on....

    I love this effect too... Maybe the reflection of the light on the water is so strong that this is what's giving this beautiful lossy effect?
    I can't explain it either, I just never get tired of watching light on water:)
