Aww thanks. yeah I got a plexiglass tank and put the camera in it..also we used the diving window for sports photographers..that place sucked..it was soo hot and muggy and full of pipes!

It's when he played live at my undergrad years ago. He plays there every year and this is one of those recordings, maybe from 3 years ago.

its not that hard to get permission from anyone..especially if you tell them what its for (you have a better purpose than my stupid class projects) usually people are pumped to let you use their music...i always get a lot of emails from people asking me to use their music. More exposure for them. Just lots of contract writing. if you want soofy music..or people who are bigger just go straight to the label..cause most of the time the actual artist doesnt have control over rights issues. :-)
